John Gaston

Mr. Gaston has been active in the medical field since 1970. He is considered the West Coast's most experienced "hands-on" healthcare facilities expert having delivered over $2B of product both as a developer and an Owner's Representative, including $1 B of projects under the aegis of OSHPD and $1 B of outpatient and ancillary product including medical office, ambulatory surgery, cancer centers, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing, continuing care retirement centers and other specialty buildings

Additionally, he has managed over $500 M of non-healthcare projects. He spent 12 years in senior hospital positions including COO and CFO for a 330 bed community hospital, 5 years as a senior executive for a medical real estate development company and 25 years running his own healthcare project management company.

Matthew A. Oliver

Mr. Oliver has over 30 years of experience in development, planning and management, and construction for commercial, industrial and residential development projects. In 1989, Mr. Oliver established Oliver & Associates, developing properties for its own account, and corporate and individual owners.

He has developed and managed over 10 M square feet of commercial projects ranging from high-rise office and corporate campus development to special purpose buildings, industrial uses, rehabilitation and interior renovations and improvements.

Earlier Mr. Oliver was responsible for development and construction activities at Lincoln Property Company, a major national real estate development company.
